天津职业技术师范大学是中国最早建立的以培养职业教育师资为主要任务的普通高等师范院校，成立于1979年。学校秉承“动手动脑、全面发展”的办学理念，始终坚持为国家培养高素质职教师资的办学定位，同时为了满足市场需求，学校也积极为社会培养应用型高级技术人才。学校打造一流本科生教育，首创“实行‘双证书’制，培养‘一体化’职教师资”和“本科+技师——一种应用型人才培养新模式”，两次荣获国家教学成果一等奖。

本项目是中国教育部资助的全额奖学金项目，用于部分中国高校自主招收来自“一带一路”国家的优秀国际学生来华学习。受中国教育部的委托，天津职业技术师范大学承担执行该项目，负责招收“一带一路”国家的优秀学生来校攻读。

2. 资助内容
本项目为全额奖学金，具体标准如下：
①免交学费；
②提供免费校内住宿；
③提供在华期间奖学金生活费；
④提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险。

3. 资助对象
申请者应为非中国籍人士，且国籍为“一带一路”及沿线国家，身心健康，品学兼优。本科申请者年龄一般在18至25周岁之间，硕士申请者年龄不超过35周岁，博士申请者年龄不超过40周岁（统一以2023年9月1日计）。
4. 申请条件
申请者应具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀。申请英文授课专业者应来自以英语为母语或官方语言的国家，或毕业于英语专业，或具有相当于雅思5.5、托福80分及以上的英语水平；
招收以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的，攻读学士学位者申请时中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试(HSK)三级，未达到汉语水平考试(HSK)四级180分的，需在指定的预科院校进行为期一年的预科学习；攻读硕士、博士学位者申请时中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试(HSK)四级。
5. 申请流程
（1）申请人登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（登录http://www.campuschina.org）选择TypeB，天津职业技术师范大学招生机构代码为10066
（2）在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并在线提交申请材料电子版至CSC系统。
（3）学校对申请人进行综合审核后，确定拟推荐人员名单，报国家留学基金委审批。
6. 申请期限
2023年6月20日-- 2023年6月25日。
7. 申请材料
l 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。
l 护照照片页扫描件，（护照有效期应晚于2023年9月），请及时换发新护照。
l 经公证后的最高学历证明影印件，非中文或英文材料必须提供经公证后的中文版或英文版翻译件。
l 经公证后的学习成绩单影印件，非中文或英文成绩单必须提供经公证后的中文版或英文版翻译件。
l 语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请以英语为专业教学语言的申请人应提供相应的英文水平证明。
l 《来华学习研究计划》，字数不少于1000字，用中文或英文书写。
l 《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。
l 无犯罪记录证明。
l 其他辅助材料，如推荐信、获奖证书等扫描件。
8. 录取通知
（1）拟录取人选经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；
（2）奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；
（3）不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。
（4）其他未尽事宜以相关主管部门要求为准。

2023 Silk Road Chinese Government Scholarship Program
Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE), founded in 1979，is one of the first normal universities focusing on cultivating teachers for vocational schools in China. TUTE sticks to the educational philosophy of “Hand and Mind, All-round Development” with its mission of training highly qualified vocational teachers for the country. To meet the market demand, TUTE also focuses on cultivating high-level applied technicians for the society. The university creates first-rate undergraduate education，a new cultivation pattern of “Double-Certificate System”, which is initiated by TUTE，and“Undergraduate+Technician”Mode for application-oriented talents cultivation, helped the university win twice the first Prize of National Teaching Achievements Award. TUTE is co-constructed by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Tianjin Municipal Government.
The transportation around TUTE is very convenient, with bus stations, subway stations around. It takes 40 minutes from TUTE to Tianjin Railway Station, or Tianjin West Railway Station by subway or bus, and 30 minutes to Tianjin Binhai Airport by taxi. Also, it only takes 35 minutes by intercity between Tianjin and Beijing, the capital of China.
This program is a full scholarship program funded by the Ministry of Education of China, which is used by some Chinese universities to independently recruit outstanding international students from "Belt and Road" countries to study in China. Entrusted by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, TUTE undertakes the implementation of the project and is responsible for recruiting outstanding students from "Belt and Road" countries to study in the university.

2. Contents of Scholarship
The program is a full scholarship with the following criteria:
① Free tuition;
② Provide free on-campus accommodation;
③ Provide living expenses for scholarships during their stay in China;
④ Provide comprehensive medical insurance for Chinese government scholarship students in China.

3. Qualifications
Applicants should be non-Chinese nationals with the nationality of countries along the Belt and Road and other routes, Bachelor's degree applicants are aged between 18 and 25 on ,the Master’s applicants should under the age of 35 and the doctoral applicants must be under the age of 40 (until September 1st. 2023), in good physical and mental health and excellent in learning.
4. Criteria & Eligibility
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with excellent academic record. Applicants for English-taught programs should come from countries where English is the native or official language, or have graduated from English major, or have an English level equivalent to IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 80 or above;
Applicants who enroll in disciplines or majors with Chinese as the professional language of instruction, and who apply for bachelor's degree with Chinese language proficiency of at least HSK Level 3 at the time of application, and those who do not reach HSK Level 4 with a score of 180, are required to take a one-year preparatory study in a designated preparatory school; In principle, the Chinese language proficiency of applicants for master's and doctoral degrees should be at least HSK Level 4.
5. Admission procedures
(1) Applicants should login website (http://www.campuschina.org) from "Chinese Government Scholarship Information System" , choose Type B, and Enrollment agency code of TUTE is 10066
(2) Filling in the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" and submit application materials to CSC system online.
(3) After the comprehensive examination of the applicants, TUTE will confirm the list of candidates to be recommended, and submit to the China Scholarship Council for approval.
6. Application Time
The application time is from June 20, 2023 - June 25, 2023.
7. Application Documents
- “Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form” (filled in English or Chinese only)
- Photocopy of the passport photo page (valid later than September 2023)
- Highest educational certificate (notarial photocopy): Applicants shall provide proof of highest diploma. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarial translations in Chinese or English.
- Academic transcripts (notarial photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
- Language qualification certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports in accordance with the corresponding Chinese proficiency requirements. Applicants for English language-taught programs shall provide relevant language proficiency certificates according to the universities’ requirements, like IELTS or TOFEL report;
- A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words.
- Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
- Certificate of Non-Criminal Record
- Photocopy of the supporting materials , such as letters of recommendation, certificates of awards etc.
8. Academic assessment
(1) Candidates who pass the examination of China Scholarship Council will be eligible for Chinese government scholarships to study in China.
(2) Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change the institution, major or duration of study after coming to China;
(3) For those who cannot come to China within the admission period, the scholarship eligibility will not be retained.
(4) Other matters not mentioned herein shall be subject to the requirements of relevant competent authorities.
