2. 资助内容
全额奖学金：免学费和校内住宿费、提供在华期间生活费和综合医疗保险费。

3. 资助对象
申请者应为非中国籍人士，身心健康，品学兼优，学科背景优秀，专业能力强。申请攻读硕士学位者年龄一般在18至35周岁之间，申请攻读博士学位者年龄一般不超过40周岁（统一以2024年9月1日计）。
4. 申请条件
申请硕士学位者应具有学士学位或同等学力，申请博士学位者应具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀。
申请英文授课专业者应来自以英语为母语或官方语言的国家，或毕业于英语专业，或具有相当于雅思5.5、托福80分及以上的英语水平；
申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请者中文水平须达到HSK（四级）180分及以上，或曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位。
5. 申请流程
（1）申请人访问“留学中国”网站，点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”图标进入申请系统。“留学中国”网站链接： http://www.campuschina.org 点击【学生注册】按钮，注册账户。注册成功后，使用注册的账户登录系统。录入个人资料及申请信息（选择“B类”留学项目种类；天津职业技术师范大学招生机构代码为10066）。按要求提交各类预录取材料。
（2）学校对申请人进行综合审核后，确定拟推荐人员名单，并为拟推荐人选出具学校预录取通知书（电子版以邮件形式发送）。
（3）申请人收到天津职业技术师范大学审核并发出的预录取通知书后，再次登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（登录http://www.campuschina.org）按要求更新申请材料并提交预录取通知书。
6. 申请期限
2024年1月1日-- 2024年3月10日。
7. 申请材料
l 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。
l 护照照片页扫描件，如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2024年9月），请及时换发新护照。
l 经公证后的最高学历证明影印件或本人就读学校的预毕业证明，非中文或英文材料必须提供经公证后的中文版或英文版翻译件。
l 经公证后的学习成绩单影印件（自本科阶段起），非中文或英文成绩单必须提供经公证后的中文版或英文版翻译件。
l 语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请以英语为专业教学语言的申请人应提供相应的英文水平证明。
l 预录取材料：由读院校对申请人综合审核后通过电子邮件发送至申请人。申请人首次提交可暂不提交此材料；待申请人收到由学校发出的预录取材料后需撤回申请添加此材料并二次提交申请。
l 《来华学习研究计划》，字数不少于1000字，用中文或英文书写，博士研究生须由中方导师签字。（博士申请人首次可提交没有中方导师签字的《来华学习研究计划》）
l 推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写(请附上个人签名及联系信息)；
l 《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）该表格可从https://gjjlc.tute.edu.cn下载。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。
l 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。
l 其他辅助材料，申请人参与科研课题研究成果、发表文章、实物作品照片、获奖证书扫描件等。
8. 考核录取
（1）申请人关注申请进程、审核意见及奖学金申请结果。及时回复我校邮件，与我校确认奖学金事宜。
（2）申请人通过材料审核后，需参加报考学院组织的考核。申请人被录取后，学校将对申请人信息和材料等进行复核，如有违规或弄虚作假等情形，一经查实，立即取消奖学金资格。
（3）拟录取人选经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；
（4）奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；
（5）不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留；
（6）奖学金获得者须按规定参加每年的奖学金年度评审；
（7）其他未尽事宜以相关主管部门要求为准。

2024 Chinese Government Scholarship High-level graduate student Program
Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE), founded in 1979，is one of the first normal universities focusing on cultivating teachers for vocational schools in China. TUTE sticks to the educational philosophy of “Hand and Mind, All-round Development”. It has cultivated high-quality vocational teachers and application-oriented senior professionals. TUTE built first-class education, and won one national special prize for teaching achievements and two first prizes for national teaching achievements. To deepen the reform, innovate the model, form a full-level vocational education teacher training system of bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctoral degree, and cultivate the first batch of "double-qualified" undergraduate, master's degree and doctor's degree in China. TUTE is co-constructed by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Tianjin Municipal Government.
The transportation around TUTE is very convenient, with bus stations, subway stations around. It takes 30 minutes from TUTE to Tianjin Railway Station, or Tianjin West Railway Station by subway or bus, and 20 minutes to Tianjin Binhai Airport by taxi. Also, it only takes 30 minutes by intercity between Tianjin and Beijing, the capital of China.

2. Contents of Scholarship
Full scholarship: Tuition and on-campus accommodation are free, living allowance stay in China and comprehensive medical insurance are provided.

3. Qualifications
Application should be non-Chinese citizens, aged between 18 and 35 (until September 1st. 2024), in good physical and mental health and excellent in learning and academic ability.
4. Criteria & Eligibility
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with excellent academic record. Applicants for English-taught programs should come from countries where English is the native or official language, or have graduated from English major, or have an English level equivalent to IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 80 or above; Applicants who wish to take Chinese as their language of instruction must have a Chinese language proficiency of 180 or above on the HSK (Level 4), or use Chinese as the language of instruction for Chinese college degree.
5. Admission procedures
(1) Visit “CSC Study in China” website and click “Scholarship Application for Students” at http://www.campuschina.org Register an account through [CREATE AN ACCOUNT] and log in with your account. Input personal details and application information.(Please select Program Category “Type B”, click “New Application”, and start filling in the application information; Enrollment agency code of TUTE is 10066.)
(2) After the comprehensive examination of the applicants, TUTE will confirm the list of candidates to be recommended, and issue the per-admission notice for the candidates to be recommended (electronic version shall be sent by email).
(3) After receiving the pre-admission notice reviewed and issued by TUTE, the applicant should log in the "Management Information System for Chinese Government Scholarship Study in China" (log in http://www.campuschina.org) again to update the application materials and submit the pre-admission notice as required.
6. Application Time
The application time is from January 1st to March 10th, 2024.
7. Application Documents
- “Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form” (filled in English or Chinese only)
- Photocopy of the passport photo page (valid later than September 2024)
- Highest educational certificate (notarial photocopy): Applicants shall provide proof of highest diploma or prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarial translations in Chinese or English.
- Academic transcripts ( notarial photocopy, from the undergraduate program onwards): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
- Language qualification certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports in accordance with the corresponding Chinese proficiency requirements. Applicants for English language-taught programs shall provide relevant language proficiency certificates according to the universities’ requirements, like IELTS or TOFEL report;
- Pre-admission documents: The pre-admission materials will be sent to the applicant by email after comprehensive review by TUTE. The applicant may not submit this material for the first time; After receiving the pre-admission materials from TUTE, the applicant should withdraw the application and add this material and submit the application again.
- A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words. the proposal of a doctoral student shall be signed by the applicant’s Chinese supervisor (For the first time, PhD applicants can submit the "Study Plan proposal" without the signature of the Chinese supervisor);
- Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors should be submitted in Chinese or English only (please attach your personal signature and contact information). The contents should mainly include the requirements of the applicant's study objectives in China, the cooperation between the Chinese university or the Chinese tutor and the foreign tutor or the inter university exchange, as well as the evaluation of the student's comprehensive ability and future development.
- Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant，which could be downloaded from https://gjjlc.tute.edu.cn). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
- Non-Criminal Record report, The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6
months prior to the submission date of the application.
- Photocopy of the supporting materials, such as certificates of awards etc.
8. Academic assessment
(1) Applicants pay attention to the application process, review opinions and scholarship application results. Reply to the email of TUTE in time and confirm the scholarship with our school;
(2) After passing the material review, the applicant shall participate in the assessment organized by the college of application. After the applicant is admitted, the university will review the applicant's information and materials. If there is any violation or fraud, the scholarship eligibility will be revoked immediately;
(3) Candidates who pass the examination of China Scholarship Council will be eligible for Chinese government scholarships to study in China;
(4) Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change the institution, major or duration of study after coming to China;
(5) For those who cannot come to China within the admission period, the scholarship eligibility will not be retained;
(6) Scholarship recipients shall participate in the annual evaluation of the scholarship as required;
(7) Other matters not mentioned herein shall be subject to the requirements of relevant competent authorities.
